No I don't understand it either. If they're after an iPad they must have the Internet at home so they could have just ordered one! Also if you've got the time to que up like that you should have the time to wait at home for a delivery. I suppose some of them may have ordered and had them ready to pick up at the store.

They are pricey, and if I had not just managed to sell my Macbook for £500 I don't think I would have bothered just yet.

I had to walk past the Apple store on my way to work this morning, can't quite understand the people queueing but I am very jealous of those that can afford one!

I don't know my new tutor that well. I've only asked for an extension once and they were great about it, I get the impression most tutors are quite understanding. However I work best under pressure, and this is the zillionth time I have crammed a lot of reading and assignments into a very short space so although I'm thinking "Shit shit shit!", I also know it'll get done. Though I realise further I go into my degree the less I can slack.

I forsee some Red Bull fuelled late nights this week.

How's your tutor with extensions? I've done a couple of OU courses where I had extensions for almost every TMA.

Damn, someone commented on my blog? That means someone has read it!

Sorry Jem, I thought I had set it up so I got an email if anyone ever did.

Yes, WoW indeed is very addictive. I wish Kat would play but she's addicted to Farmville as much as I am to WoW.

You would love Dalaran I think. It's a floating city made by mages and it's one of the most beautifully designed places in the game. I play a Druid which means I can turn into a Cat (more like a lion), a Cheetah, a Tree, a Moonkin (giant owl), a Bear and an Eagle. Being able to turn into an Eagle and fly about all the pretty places is my favourite thing. I was just flying about last night and had the music on (I often have it off so I can listen to podcasts) and realised I'd never flown through that part of the game with music on before, and wish I had, it was amazing.

A shall endeavour to post you a picture of Dalaran tonight :)

I like reading your blog because there's always a lot of words I've never heard of before. This was a particularly good one for that. Dalaran, Northrend, 1000-20000ms. It makes me want to play WoW. Except I have an addictive personality so I'd probably better not start now, 7 weeks before the baby arrives!
